How long does it take to lose 20 pounds by crash dieting if you weigh 126?


Answer:
If you weigh 126, then 20 pounds is way too much to lose. 126 sounds like a healthy weight. I can't imagine that you would want to lose weight. Please don't crash diet. Coming from someone with a history of eating disorders, it's not worth it.
It might take a while, since you are already skinny.
Though i dont know how tall you are, but unless you are under 5'3'' you are skinny already.

DO NOT CRASH DIET ANY AMOUNT OF WEIGHT.

Not long - then you'll be sick then you'll gain it all back. Best way is to lose no more than 2 pounds a week. Think about how long it took to gain the weight - it comes off the same. If you got down to 106 pounds how are you going to look?
wait. if you are older than 20... 20 lbs less is gonna be UNDERweight ... but if ur younger i think it will day maybe 2 months if you really work out.
126 pounds is not overweight unless you very small.
Crash dieting does not resolve any problems but could lead to an eating disorder. If you crash diet you will gain more weight than you lost when you start eating properly again.
Just eat healthy.

So you want to go on a dangerous crash diet to get underweight? Huh? 100 lbs? About?
Just because you lose weight when you crash diet, doesn't mean you are losing body fat. The scale can't differentiate between what is fat loss and what is muscle loss. The last thing you want to lose is muscle as this will only increase your body fat percentage and when you gain back the weight (which you will), you end up fatter than you started off!

Please, if you need to lose weight, do it the healthy way and if you are losing more than around 2lb per week, you are losing muscle and not fat.

Oh yeah crash dieting doesn't work it makes you sick and eventually makes you gain more weight because your body learns to store more fat once you do it a few times.Please don't follow all the stupid celebs..Thin is not in...Be healthy!!
