its possible that for some reason there could be scar tissue in there. I'm not really sure how that happens, but my mother couldn't have anymore kids after she had me, due to scar tissue in there somewhere. The doctors told her that she could have a simple surgery to clean out the scar tissue, and she would be able to conceive again.

you probably need in-vitro fertilization. there are surgical procedures to open the tubes, but they dont always work very well. artificial insemination will not help you in any way whatsoever, and I am surprised that someone mentioned it. you need to bypass the tubes and that would be most easily and effectively done with IVF. see an infertility specialist
