How can i switch from the birth control patch to the pill? Now Im on my no patch week, how can i switch?

At the end of your off week, you can start the pill on the day when you would put on a new patch. The patch releases a pretty high level of hormones though, so you probably want to use a back-up method if you are switching to a low dose pill, at least for the first month. Remember, you are starting a new hormone, so you may have those introductory symptoms again(nausea, breakthrough bleeding, etc). Good call switching from the patch, patch users have a 6x higher risk of blood clots than pill users(who are already at an elevated risk!). Good luck with the switch :)
