im really sonsernerd about my bust bcuz whenever i wear bkinies or anything like regualar shirts or sumthin i feel flat chested (im 12) how can i make my bust bigger and it's not to attracte guys it's just i feel so small dat way!!

2. You can wait till the get more in em'.

You can't. You are only 12, give puberty a chance to work. There is nothing you can do or take that will make your breasts bigger. Not a thing. There are pills out there that say they will do it, but they are ALL scams. The only way to make your breasts bigger, is to have implant surgery. But you would have to wait until your 20s to have that done.
Just be patient. Your breasts will grow.
Buy a wonder bra which is a push up bra.
You are only 12, give it a rest! Your body will develop when it's ready. and, relax,oyu have about 6 more years to grow!! None of those creams work, but you can do toning for teens by joyce vedral, they have pectoral (breast) muscle exersises that help define cleavege. It's also areally great workout for everything else!!
You should not even worry about it now. You still have lots of growing to do at 12. Start wearing padded bras.

Well, it's called growing up. It will happen naturally as you get older. you can''t do anything to help it really. But your very young and most 12 year old girls are pretty flat chested. Some are early bloomers and unfortunately they get lots of attention right now. But you'll be there soon enough.
just give it some time. your body will eventually grow and you'll be happy. no need worrying about it now.
