How can I successfully lose pounds quickly?


Answer:
exercise 20 mins 3 times a week. Only eat until you're not hungry, not until you're full. Drink LOTS OF WATER. You should see the pounds fly off quickly.
Go on a diet or a workout program..
Start by throwing away all cutlery.
Take your clothes off. Otherwise, I've tried lots of different things and nothing works quickly.
seriously... dont eat for exactly one day, just drink water
run, bike, swim. good cardio.
honestly the special k diet worked great for me. they have a lot of varieties other than the original too so it is easy to find something you like. Try and exercise a bit too. Even a few situps right before you go to bed.

u hav to balance ur meals with how much u work out
so eat from 500-1400 calories a day
and to 100 curl ups
and about 50 lunges
i lost 5 pounds in a week by doing this
stop eating fast food for good and work out daily for over an hour no snacking after dinner and between lunch and dinner

You can first watch what you eat and eat small meals, and exercise..
well i suggest a healthy diet not a diet that u eat some kind of a drug and ta-da ur skinny...my diet is rune 10 min a day and once u good at it u make the runing time longer and then strech mostly every single musscle. that will help u alot!! trust me and cut down ur food. eat slow ad eat veggies!
Push the plate away eat less exercise more.. Drink plenty of water. Watch you calories.
Aerobic exercise for losing weight and build endurance.
This can be long distance running, aerobics and such.
Anaerobic exercise is for building strength and muscle mass.
Weight lifting, sprinting. and jumping is anaerobic.
Negative Resistance exercises to tone and cut.

Losing weight quickly means you need the right kind of diet, low-carbs with lots of aerobic activity and take some supplements like chromium picolinate.
Well, It's never safe to loose weight quickly, because you have a tendandcy to gain it as fast as you loose it, and loosing weight quickly can make your body look sagging, and dull.

Loosing weight by a healthy means, Drink alot of water, try adding sqeezed lemons in the water, it helps reduce water retention.
Stay away from fried foods, and sugar and fattening marinades. Dont drink sodas, including diet sodas, Stay away from V8 with high sodium sodium makes you gian water weight.

Walking and lifting light lbs weights helps, Try to Suck in your belly and but, it helps improve posture, and builds musles around your stomach and butt.

Do some sit ups, and pushups if possible, but dont over do it. Dont eat big meals befor eyou go t bed,

Snack healthily between meals to prevent bad snacking, and grazing.

Dont eat frozen foods, all frozen foods contain salts, and preservatives that are bad for you.

Eat Wheat not white... Whole grains anre good for you.

Dont use the Atkins diet, Carbs are really good for you, they give you energy that helps you burn fat, and fuels your brain, but rememebr to much of anything is bad.

Do simple daily changes, like, Change channel on TV, rather than using a remote, stand using a laptop on a counter, rather than sitting at a desk... Stay away from sweats, eat fruit, with low sugar, advacados have high fat content...

Have your doctor, Check your Sugar, Thryoid, and Cholestoral before you start a diet, Make sure your body is in working condition, that a hard diet wont threaten it.

Fast food salads with chicken and other dressigns, is not healthy...

Try to choose Turkey or Roast beef, over ham, or meatballs if you go to subways...

you can eat anything really, but in healthy doses, eating slowly allows your body to register that you are full.

Go swimming frequently, walking, gardening, Have fun, Motivate yourself. Go to a mall, walk around.
Just have fun, and love yourself...
You can try by eliminating pop, alcohol (especially beer), and juice since they are loaded with calories. A juice and a coke usually has about 120 calories per glass. Try to drink water or those natural flavoured water, herbal tea, etc. instead... it actually does contribute alot. If you're not much of a water drinker, it will be hard at first but will become a part of your routine the longer you stay away from other drinks.

PIck a excercise program that you consider is fun like a kickboxing/aerobics class, yoga, or simply rollerblading during summer. They are good for cardio, and some also have a good combination with weights if you choose a normal aerobic class... or you can do it on your own. If you choose to do things yourself in a gym, have a friend along so that times flies by and you won't have to focus that much on how long you spent on a treadmill. I find that I usually do longer than I expected when I talk to someone.

Weights may be also required as it raises your metabolism in order to burn more fat. Also, having a good enough sleep also helps.

Any program usually provides a a food program. From what I've recently learn... I found a program where you can eat certain foods (mostly normal foods with some exceptions where you don't have to focus that much on calories by having 5 small meals). Of course you would have to avoid fatty-foods (fast foods, those that contain flour like eating rye/non-flour bread instead of white bread, or anything with saturated fat %26 trans fat). It also involves one cheat day per week, where you call eat all the junk food you want, because when you follow this program your tastebuds will change and you will less likely to eat much junk as you use to (in theory).
Follow this plan and you will (for one week I PROMISE):

Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs-plain
-or-
1 piece grilled salmon
-with one of the following-
Half a cantolope
An Apple
or Half a Banana

Lunch:
Grilled chicken
-or-
Small can of tuna fish (low sodium)
-or-
Deli turkey breast, not high in sugar or salt
-With-
a cup of any green vegetable. Examples:
Brocolli
Green Beans
Spinach

Dinner:
A peice of Grilled Fish or Chicken
(White fish or a Tuna Steak are great choices)
-And-
Do the same as lunch, choose a vegetable

Snack:
A cup of low fat yogurt or a citrus fruit.

-Dont eat nuts or berries, these things are good for you, but need to be left out if you are trying to drop weight fast.
-drink a lot of water and hot tea with lemon...VERY IMPORTANT
-Never skip a meal this will only hurt your progress, you will need to eat all this food to keep your energy up and your metabolism going.

IF YOU DO THIS FOR A WEEK YOU WILL LOOSE WIEGHT AND FEEL GREAT, I PROMISE!!!!
Losing too quickly isn't healthy and the pounds rarely stay off. Just try eating more proteins like fish and nuts and less crap. Lay off the sugar and bread, soda, fast food.

Peanut butter (natural with no sugar added), almonds, tuna, salmon.

Drink lots of water--no substitutes.

Exercise. Combine cardio training with some light weight training. Muscle helps burn fat, so don't just do cardio. But just use light weights with high reps.

I used the T-diet 10 in 3 days pills, you take them and lose ten pounds in three days by following their diet and using the exercises provided in the booklet. My problem was on the four days of not followoing their diet each week. you have to watch yourself very carefully. I did it with my own workout and not the one provided in the booklet and i lost 8 lbs, unfortunately i dieted on fast food and gained 12 pounds in like two days so I recommend be careful. I think an old fashion diet and exercise should work. ...then again i went back to being a vegetarian and I like lost 9 pounds in the last four days with regular excercise.
I am not sure with others, I want to give you the Real truth.

Be natural then the nature makes you natural. I mean fit!

So please stop using any animal product, even dairy products, you never requires to diting ever, become a vegan and make a diffrence bitween bad things, If we harm animals in anyway they harm us in the same reactions but indiractly.

what is working best for me is just cutting down on portions and calories. i went from a size 13 to a size 7-9 in the past couple months, and the only exercise i'm doing is walking once in awhile. you'd be amazed at how much you can loose just by eating less.
