How long does it take after going off the pill till i get me period?

Don't you have your period on the pill? Your period cycle might change slightly but it should be pretty much normal. If you are on a pill that makes you not have periods, than probably very soon after you get off of it. The amount of time on the pill does not make a difference to your periods or how easily you will get pregnant.

the pill is very good at regulating the period. when getting off it you may have some irregularity while your system gets itself back into a fairly regular time. it may take a few months while your system re-regulates itself. be careful, it would be easy to get pregnant without knowing when you ovulate. use some contraceptive method if you want to prevent it.

if you mean how long it takes for your cycles to start again after getting off the pill= stopping using the pill as a contraceptive, that's really a debated issue.
Producers say you'll be back to normal at once, unless you have any hormonal imbalance (e.g. you were on the pill because of PCOS).
My gyn told me it might take up to 1 year to be ovulating regularly and have regular cycles.
If your cycles are very messed up (like 60+ days) see a gyn: most likely the pill was covering an hormonal problem.

you should come on 28days after taking the last pill thats what i was told if it hasnt come back after a couple of days see you gp and they can run some test. take care x
