Its been three weeks since my surgery and I still feel very uncomfortable and my wound hasn't completely healed. They told me it would take two weeks to heal and start feeling better but it hasn't. Any advice about the recovery of this surgery?

During the first 24 to 48 hours following tummy tuck recovery, it is imperative that a responsible, alert adult friend, family member, or caregiver be with you at all times, depending on the extent of your surgery. You will experience some tightness and discomfort in the abdominal area as well as at the incision sites. This can be controlled with medication.
In most cases, you will be advised by your plastic surgeon not to stand upright and to sleep only in a reclining position with pillows supporting the knees, generally for one or two weeks following the tummy tuck surgery. You may also need assistance with basic functions such as dressing and going to the bathroom for the first few days. It is imperative that you begin walking as soon as possible to reduce the chance of blood clot formation and increase the rate of tummy tuck recovery.
External sutures or metal clips will likely be removed within one to two weeks. Your abdominal tissues might feel firm for some time as healing progresses, and you will be numb. Most swelling should subside within two to five months, with more final results taking six months to a year. Your incision sites will continue to soften, fade and improve over the next one or two years.

You won't be completely healed till about 6 weeks maybe more. As for the pain, if you are still having it I would check with the doctor.
If it's bad they I would ask for more medicine.
