I had a Hysterectomy in December 2006 %26 need to get some strength back, but without doing any damage, so I thought swimming would be a good idea, but everyone I try to get advice from tell me to see my doctor!
Answer:
After three to four weeks
* Exercise such as swimming is beneficial.
* Avoid standing for long periods.
* Avoid lifting anything heavy.
Go swimming, it is great exercise and its not a hard workout like running or whatever..
i think you will be ok now. take it easy. . do a few slow lengths to start off. . im sure your doctor would say the same .if you feel fit then do it
You'll be fine now! :o) You can go after 3-4 weeks.
